Need help Please!!!! 2002 up pipe problem

I have a 2002 f450 and the up pipes were leaking really bad so when I went to take them off the bolts down on the manifold broke on two of them and then the other two unbolted. I still couldn't get the bolts out of the manifolds, so I had to take the torch and cut the bolt between the flange on the up pipe and the manifolds to get up pipes out. Now that the up pipes are out of the way I still cant get the bolts out of the manifolds. Anyone got any other Ideas I have taken a punch and tried to knock the bolts out but no luck (not much room to get a good swing) and tried heating the bolts them selves up red hot. I need to get my truck on the road so I can get back working. Its been down for 3 days. I also have the turbo and pedestal etc. off the truck. Thanks in advance.

I got them finally thanks to an air hammer. Thanks anyways i was starting to run out of ideas and was getting worried.
