Exclamation Dash resetting/clicking starter

i have a 2004 F250 6.0. This morining started just as it always dose. I went out in town turned thetruck off 2 hours later came back to start and slowly turned over and started. I drove 10 miles and blocks before I got home the abs light came on. I pulled in to my driveway and the interior electrical stopped working. I gave the engine a rev @1500 rpms and it came back on. 1 min later went back off. I tested the batteries and they were at 11.89. When I put the key in to the ingition slot the dash comes on and the 5 secs later the power droppes and turns back on. I have put a OBD2 reader on and it will not connect to the computer. PLEASE HELP this is my only transportation!

sounds like a failing alt. have a full charging system test performed.
the engine needs to have been running for at least a few minutes in order to accurately observe charging voltage
