2005 F-250 6.0 4WD Ignition Problem

I have a 2005 F-250 6.0 that starts fine when absolutely cold. After I run it a while, up to normal operating temperature, and shut the truck off it generally will not start, doesn't even turn over. At that point i get a check gauges light and doesnt throw any codes. On occasion i can wiggle the key from off to on quickly several times and then I can start the vehicle, however it seems this is working less frequently now. This is driving me crazy, I have a 2000 mile trip planned in a couple of weeks and worry that it might just completely die. I have replaced all relays for the ignition and starter up to this point.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
