Truck stolen - Need to shut off

Truck was stolen and was retrieved in under 7hrs. Ignition was broken into and the truck is still running as we speak. What is the eaisiest way to shut off her. Thank you much appreciated!

Only thing I can think of is to pull the fuse for the fuel pump, but you may have some trouble restarting (air in the lines).

Get a clipboard or a piece of wood and stick it over the intake and block the air, should shut right off without putting air in the lines
