7.3L is running flat

Ok here goes. When I first got my 2001 f350 7.3L It was having a hard time starting in the morning. SO I replaced the following CPS, GPR, glow plugs and after all of that I found that it was the #2 and #8 fuel injectors via a comparison test. So I changed all 8 fuel injectors. ( i figured that i might as well while I had it apart and the truck has 230000 miles on it.) So I got that done and the truck ran great Got it up to 120 MPH with no problem. Fast forward 2 months blew second gear in the auto transmission so I had it rebuilt.
Now comes the new problem the truck seems to run rough. When I get it up to 80 it bucks. At all speeds it just doesn't seem to run like it did before the transmission went. I had a friend put it on a computer and I got a P1118 manifold temp. sensor error as well as another and I will post that when I get home. Also did another comparison test and injector #8 showed out of balance. Could it be possible that the injector went bad already. I give up Help me please
