08 6.4l swap, need info asap!

Hey guys Ive found an 08 f 250 6.4l but the engine is touted of a steal of a deal. I also found a good 6.0l for a good deal and I'm wondering caN I swap the 6.4 for the 6.0. Can it be done, has it been done? or would it just be easier to get another 6.4 and go that route. please let me asap so I scan decide before the deal is gone. thanks guys i appreciate it.
