p1274 cylinder 4 high to low side open

2001 F550 7.3 with 203,000miles manuel trans, 2000 miles ago I put 8 new injectors and glow plugs in with 2 new valve cover wiring harness. Just recently truck engine check light flashes on then off sometimes while driving ran autoenginuity test and got code p1274 cylinder 4 high to low side open, all 8 injectors pass buzz test, i can hear # 4, i clear code start truck let idle for 15mins run test and all good no codes but if i drive with autoenginuity running as soon as engine check light flashes it shows code p1274 any ideas ?

Same exact scenario happening with me regarding MIL light flashing, zero throttle response and light goes out and pedal comes back...except I have a P0220 - THROTTLE / PEDAL Position code flashing at the same time. Maybe yours is a throttle sensor issue?

Did you get the code sorted out?
