7.3 intermittent sluggish/ missing

I just bought a 2000 7.3 f350. It has a new transmission from ford. The truck has 104000 miles. It drives fine at 75 mph. I drove 4 hrs yesterday. Driving around town at 30 mph and 1300 to 1500 rpm the truck will feel like it is missing. If you give it more pedal it is fine and accelerates. It does not do it all the time. Occasionally the truck will feel like it is shakeing. Has anyone had these symptoms or may know what to look at. Thanks.

Btw: new tranny, fuel filter, I cleaned the airraid air filter, no water in fuel bowl. No codes. No smoke out of tail pipe.
