Well I did some reading and it sounds like the IDM is bad. When I googled the code it came back to a bunch of post saying possible bad IDM

What are the codes? Not that I can help, but it is a free bump.

P1670 is the only code. I cleared it and then crank the engine and it keeps coming back.

P1670 is a feed back code between the PCM and IDM there is a wire that goes between them check and see if it is loose or broken

Where is the idm? and is it a lone wire or in a harness?
