95 OBS Sputtered and Died

I was driving home today and noticed I was having to put more and more throttle into my truck to keep my RPMs and speed up. By the time I got to a parking lot 100 feet down the road I was flooring it and she was barely staying on. Halfway into the parking lot it sputtered and died as if it ran out of fuel. Both my tanks are completely full and I even switched tanks when it was sputtering to make sure. I had a spare fuel filter so I changed it out and it fired right up but as soon as I pulled back out onto the road it did it again. I'm thinking maybe a bad tank of fuel (I've been cranking it with the other tank selected and drained the fuel bowl a few times, no luck) or the fuel pump I replaced 1.5 years ago died.

Any suggestions? I took a personal day tomorrow and HAVE to fix it tomorrow or I can't get to work and this is my only vehicle. Thanks!

Edit: I might also add that it cranks real strong so it doesn't seem to be electrical to me. And fuel bowl empties out a good amount each time I empty it so it seems like it refills.

Update: I had an extra CPS so I threw it in and though the truck gave me some trouble, it eventually started. Could have been the CPS or could have been bad fuel/air finally getting out of the system. I took a few test laps around my neighborhood and both times I went around using my front tank, it eventually started to sputter and tried to die until I put more throttle and switched tanks, in which case after a couple seconds it kicked back to normal. I'm thinking bad fuel in my front tank.

Anyone know how to drain a tank and what the heck I do with the possible bad fuel? Thanks!
