7.3 ruptured high pressure hose and wont start

I have a 99 F250 7.3. Last night I was heading out of town and pulling a boat. I was driving about 65 around 2k rpm when all the sudden the engine died. I popped the hood and there was fuel or oil, im not quite sure which, all over the engine compartment. I found a ruptured braided steel line, looks like it is from the HPOP or the fuel bowl, see the pictures. Now the truck wont start, it will turn over but wont fire. I am trying to get it fixed this morning so I can get out of town. Any direction, knowledge, or advice would be appreciated.
