Greetings to all! I acquired a 1999 F250XL Ext Cab Lwb 7.3, 6 speed with 186k a few months back. The truck is rough body wise but I'm ready to tackle it & get it running good and looking better. First off I want to take the truck to someone within a 75 miles of Bham ish and get them to make sure the drive train is ready to hit the road since its been sitting a bit. I want an outside opinion of my friends and self if you know what I mean. If anyone knows anyone please point me in that direction. Also I'm looking for several parts as well. I would like to convert the front clip to the 08-10 style but will look at anything better than what I have and don't mind piecing one together. I also need a drivers side door and now thanks to someone turning a trailer around in the yard when they were lost I will need that side x cab door as well. A lwb bed and tailgate will be on my list too. As far as the inside goes since its just a "plain Jane," truck like I prefer I would like to find a decent set of bucket seats, console and rear bench where I can get the kids in comfortably. My current interior is grey so if possible would like to have that or black. Please let me know if anyone can help me out and in ADVANCE I appreciate you taking the time to read my post.
