Did they do a cooling system flush on it? Look under the 6.0 engine forum, for a pdf on cooling system flushes, title Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Turbo Diesel Cooling System Overview and Flush. June 22, 2011. Very informative, you could have air trapped in the system or the silicates could have broken loose and clogged the new oil cooler passages, can happen very quickly. Don't let it overheat, can really mess up the inside of the engine. You need to get it back to them ASAP to re-check their work. Make sure they drilled a 1/16" air bleed hole in the T-stat plate as a precaution to allow trapped air to bleed out the top hose into the radiator as coolant is added, fills from the bottom and displaces the air in the head passages, forcing it out, trapped air is a killer.

Ok so an update on what happened today. I called them and they were talking thermostat or sounded like a fan clutch. so they replaced the thermostat and thenthey took it out and drove the hell out of it they said to try and get it to overheat and could not. But the guy said man that sct tunner makes that 6.0 run like a rapped banchee he said that is the best running 6.0 he has seen
