Help! Still trying to power fuel pump!

Truck is dead, turns over fine, wait to start light times out ok. Fuse 19 ok and has 12v on it. Relay #30 activating and passing 12v. Shut off breaker by Pass door does not have voltage on either side. There has to be another relay somewhere. If I disconnect the connector to the pump pos side drifts up to 4.9 volts but is pulled down when connected. Help! Do I risk damage if I jump pump to 12v temporarily?
