help she died out 1 block from home

So we got to the top of the hill and no throttle at all / all inst. dead. still idled remained running til we parkedand still had fuel press. thought it was just a fuse and it was, but when i looked.
the 20 amp four down in the frst coloum of interior fuses was blown the interior lights were stuck on .. the first top relay in the fuse bus was also very hot know ths because cover popped off long ago .. obd had no power and i had to plug in my predator to 9v house current to get it to work . and this happen toinght so havent pulled any codes yet . so when got back and replaced the 20 amp fuse it wouldnt start . and is now stuck around the block.

any clues ????
