6.0 exhaust questions

so I bought a 03 Sclb 6.0 a few days ago and today was the first time I had a chance to do maintenance to it. Was looking the engine over after cleaning the egr valve and noticed that both the bolts holding the front port of the exhaust manifold on the passenger side are broken off in the head. I know this can cause a loss in power but the truck seems to run fine, great power and the turbo lights right away. Not really concerned about losing a few ponies right now because I just use the truck to drive to school and work. My question is will this small leak cause damage to any other parts like burning a valve or turbo wear until I can take the truck back home and fix it in my fathers shop?

nahh no problems those bolts break all the time and are a b@@@@ to remove from the head. if it were my truck i wouldn't even bother fixing it.
