Service engine soon

I get a service engine soon and the engine gets real rough. I determined the right bank was not running. No heat from right header. Replaced right harness and valve cover gasket. Still acts up. Then replaced IDM(?). Still acts up. Checked codes and it said to ohm harness. Ohms out ok. Runs ok one minute, then terrible the next.

The last time I checked the codes they were

P0273 injector 5 circuit low
B1352 key in circuit failure
B1366 ignition start circuit short to ground

What next?

Loose harness under valve cover?
Still bad IDM?
Something?

I guess a 7.3?
Did you replace the UVCH pigtail on the truck side?

Yes 7.3. No I did not replace the pig tail.

I will check compression. I have contribution test and it jumps around some, but never says a problem with 5 which is what the injector code reads.

A little history on the truck. I am second owner. First owner was meticulous about maintenance. It is a 99 with 160k on it. I only use it for truck tasks. I only put 3k a year on it. I have owned it three years. It has had a pampered life. The only time it would pull a trailer was when I would borrow it from the previous owner.
