HELP ASAP!!!! INJECTOR ISSUE????

Ok so about a week ago we were driving our 2002 F-250 (7.3L) when it started to shutter and spudder. Also knocking. I called a few diesel guys and got two things that are the most likely wrong. The internal wiring harness and injectors well being military and all short on cash I diagnosed that the #1 cylinder was the one that was knocking so I replaced the wiring harness (Being the cheeper of the two posable issues) then all of a sudden #1 and #2 were not shooting oil. I put the old wiring harness on and pow oil. Ok so I found a local guy that rebuilds injectors and has a pretty good name for him self. Went and picked up one injector from him put it in purged the cylinder and fired her up KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK. SO IM AT A LOSS NOW!!! Here is the list of things I have done.

Fuel Filter
Cleaned all the connections
Wire harness
Injector

This truck is my wifes daily driver to haul the kids around in and all we got now is my mustang 4 seater. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS AN IDEA PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

Really could use some help here guys Im about to go and trade the truck in if I cant get it running right

One other guy posted that the Fram filter on a truck he was trying to fix came apart and clogged up the injector oil passages. Ck for debris in the lines, carefully. Also, go read my post on A Word of Caution for some pointers to ck. Do you have a good wiring diagram and DVOM?
