1995 F250 Fuel bowl empty, Fuel pump issue?

Hi,

I have a 95 F250 that acted like it was starving for fuel and eventually died. Opened up the fuel bowl and it was empty. Cranked the engine with the top off of the fuel bowl, and did not see any fuel entering into the fuel bowl. Do any of you know of a way to check the fuel pump, or where to remove a line to see if it is plugged. I know I have fuel, it was just filled with less than 10 miles since fillup.
