CEL,Wrench light, ABS, etc.

accidently unplugged two harnesses today when installing my edge ezf2000 computer. My truck at first would not start, so i unplugged the harnesses i accidently did again, then re plugged them. Truck now starts and runs but in limp mode with cel, wrench light, and abs light displayed while saying check gauges and check tbc or tbc error or something of that sort. how do i fix this. i bought a code reader and the codes wont even load.THis is my dd so i need to get it fixed asap. Tried returning comp back to stock, still nothing. uugh, lmk

To be more specific the two harnesses i unplugged were directly under the fuse box in the engine bay. the two largest harenesses. any way to reset this? or undo this situation? thanks/
