Fuel system problems

So...
1996 F250 7.3L that I run Veggie oil in (and diesel) is now dead. So I haven run veggie oil in it in about 6 months and then fired it up and the veggie oil filter was clogged. Changed to no problem and then made it 2 more miles and it started bucking and then lost power and died. Tried switching back to diesels but no luck. I think we might have gotten a vapor lock in that one but now there in no new fuel being drawn into the fuel filter, maybe clogged? We also found a lot of sediment in the fuel filter cup. Which was odd because I changed it about two weeks ago. Any thoughts or ideas would be awesome
Thanks so much
Geoff
