7.3 powerstroke no throttle

Ok I have a 94 f 250. When i bought it, it was a idi with a zf5. I went and got a powerstroke motor all the wiring harnesses computers and dash. The new motor was out of an automatic, so were all the computers and wires I got a new flywheel and clutch put it together and the truck fired right up. It had a lope to it for the first ten seconds then it smoothed out and ran mint. I think i need a fuel pump because the fuel bowl will not fill back upbut i cant figure out why i dont have a throttle pedal. Whenever i step on the pedal the check engine light comes

Did you change the pedal? The powerstroke is a drive by wire.

I did. Just forgot to write that. Also tried changing the tps
