Another 6.0 problem thread

Im at Walmart and tried starting back up, grey smoke is pouring out of the exhaust and the truck won turn over. On my way here I had to turn my tuner off cuz of a bad lope and noticed a huge lack of power. Any help on how to get home would be great?????

Grey smoke, could have been your EGR crapping out on you. Won't turn over, possible cylinder full of water
