6.0l won't crank on side of road

I have a 2003 f350 6.0l, that won't start or even crank on the side of the road. Running Matt's srl from sct live wire, went to pick up a new trailer and forgot to tune it down to tow or stock. So stopped to do so cause it was towing heavy. Shut truck off and tried to plug in sct and tune it, sct would not connect to truck, always came back with errors wither I tried to read dtc, read strategy, change tune, whatever I did. So was just going to head out, turned key to on.... And now no fuel pressure on gauge, have a CEL light, check gage light, and battery light. Turn key to start and nothing no cranking, no clicks, 6.0l roaring to life, just nothing. Have diss connected batteries, hit on starter, cleaned terminals, looked over fuses(addmitedly not took each one out and looked extremely close) but non the less no prevail

Any ideas/help? Thanks.

P.s. this sucks!

Just went through this last night. I ended up having to reflash my pcm. Have you ever tried to run the tune you were trying to load? Btw, there is a yellow wire along the passenger side innner fenderwell with a blue stripe. Disconnect it and it is a jumper wire. This will tell you if your starter and solenoid is ok. And also clue you in if your hosed with your pcm.
