my 6.0 is giving me troubles

I have a 2006 f-250 6.0 started three weeks ago started missing alittle not bad little loss of power thought it was bad fuel changed fuel filters seemed to help week later started again only worse was at a buddies house took 6 trys to get it started it was turning over real fast like it wasn't firing it smoothed out after a bit next day on my home from work truck started to slowly loose power u could hold it to the rug and nothing pulled over and it died check engine light came on would not start for nothing had it towed to rapids Ford grand rapids mn. They pulled into the shop let warm up they tried starting it fired right up they replaced the icp sensor they siad the code was for low fuel rail pressure picked it up after work it was 20 degrees out not that cold truck didn't want to start got it jumped went to gas station to fill it up dealer left it on e truck stated missing real bad barly running limped it back to dealer waited for a ride shut it off and tried starting it again took 4 tries it was turning over real fast again but when it did start slowly fired up like it was strugling for type next day they siad it had same codes as before but siad its running just fine fired up every time they tried they changed the batteries siad one was bad I didn't think that would help but that's why it didn't start last time I picked it up they did need to be changed and I took it home couple days later now its doing it again wouldn't start right away like its not firing and when It did it was missing real bad I shut off and turned it on acouple times the missing wasn't as bad but has no power spent 1200.00 already don't know what to do dont want to throw my money away at rapid Ford any more any help would be greatly appreciated
