HELP ...Dont know what it is.. A buddy just did the RCD

EGR delete back. HE did everything right and carefully and now the truck wont start. I varified with him that there was oil flow through taking the filter cap off and cycling the key. oil rose up. He has cranked it for about 25 seconds a total of 4 times till the battery is dead.... Any ideas. They have checked the fuses and all are good. he needs his truck back on the road for tomorrow. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!

This is on his 06 6.0.
