my last nerve just went with last dollar

So my truck has ran crappy for a few weeks now finally got some money to fix it . The problem, bad mpg white/ blueish smoke when cold rough idle hard starting and surging when under load. What I've done, replaced fuel pump and filters cleaned egr valve( dry BTW) just had injectors replaced cleaned air filter oil changed cursed at it. NowI'm 1700 miles from home with a 34 foot camper and I'm getting 7 miles to the gallon and lay night lost power and lost boost but this morning I got power and tons of boost I had a code po470 that I cleared any ideas I'm going broke on fuel and parts

Can you tell us a little about your truck? Year any mods etc. I gather it is a 6.0 but no data beyond that.

2005 6.0 cold air intake turbo back exhaust sct livewire programmer new fuel pump and injections all 8 of them

I'd put a sensor in it, and go from there
