I have an early 99 7.3. After the cam position sensor and non-leaking switch was replaced on a recall. It blows black smoke and chokes and lopes for like 20 seconds on the first cold start of the day. but not again after. I took it back and they say the epb valve is out of spec and #7 glow plug is going out and it started great before. It had the glow plugs done last summer. and now they are making me pay $200 for diagonosing a problem they caused. Some advice or help would be much appreciated.

It has to do with brakes and the deactivation of the cruise control. They started of fire and leaked.
