Thumbs down Engine Running Rough

I have a 1995 f350 PSD and coming home from work one day the truck started running rough. Every once in a while. I does not do this all the time. Some times it runs smooth and then it will go to rough idle. The sound that it is making sounds as if I am getting blow by. But it does not do it all the time. It will run smooth for 10 - 15 seconds and then rough idle.. And again it sounds as if it is blowing by. I also noticed that at the time the engine starts to run rough I can see a puff of smoke near the turbo.
Does anyone have any Ideas? I am stumped because it does not keep up the rough running it is totally intermiten. But I can not drive it cause it shakes like hell. Please Help this is my daily driver...
I have replaced the fuel filter. I also have been burning BIO in it for nearly 50000 miles.

thanks

No the check engine lite is not on.

I have checked for codes using my Edge Programmer and there is no codes. Just a rough running engine.

I have spoken to a few mechanics since my last post it seems to be pointing at a sticking valve. This would explane the intermitten running.

That being said. Is repairing a sticky valve a large ordeal? And should it be costly?

Thanks again.
