Please help. Stuck And my truck is Making a bad noise

Headed down town to get my taxes done and I turn on the road and it's making a terrible blowing noise when I accelerate. Is a loud leaf blowing noise?? What could it be. Hope someone has an idea. 04 6.0 6spd thanks

How cold was it outside when you ran it? Give it enough time to warm up? Was the noise still there after it warmed up?

The truck was warm and it's about 50 ish out the truck had been running 45 minutes prior to the noise. It's like the fans stuck on the blowing harder with the gas petal. Temp gauge goes up when I flip the key on and goes down. Start it it goes up then down a hair then up. Coolant running at 170

Can it be heard more from the exhaust outlet or under the hood?

intercooler boot pop off? that would explain the high egts and air noise.

It was the coolant temp sensor. Replaced it yesterday and it's good to go. Had the fan stuck on and my fuel pressure going crazy. Amazing what one tiny little sensor will do
