OH YEAH! ONE OTHER THING!
When I was taking the turbo apart I had to remove a brass colored bolt that had a O-ring gasket on it in order to get to the bottom back bolt on the turbo. This bolt was a 5/8 head and was located on the upper part (above the valve cover) on the drivers side head. Does this have something to do with the high pressure oil system? Because some oil came out of it. Could this have de-pressurized the oil rails?

??? youv'e got me. You may want to sent Scruffy or Stroketech a PM. I had a buddy have problems when his fuel system depressurized after changing his filters, but a simple turn of the key a few times filled everything back up. Sound like youv'e done this a few time already. Try it for chits and giggles without trying to start the truck just let the fuel pump run, then off and back on 4 or 5 times then try to crank it. Just sounds fuel related...

I did do that already, I even checked the Fuel Pressure Cutoff Switch under the Passanger side kick panel. The fuel pump is running, I can hear it. And I emptied the fuel bowl, then cranked it over for about 10 seconds and checked it again and it was full. Man I'm at a loss. All the lights, "bells and whistles" come on when I turn the key on, the "wait to start" comes on and goes off when it's supposed to. Guess shes headed for a tow

There has to be something that got disconnected during your install to cause this problem.

Yeah BigCountry that's what I thought! I've been all over the engine compartment with a fine tooth comb! I haven't found anything dissconnected, and I double checked everything that was dissconnected and reconnected, even though everything that was dissconnected wouldn't cause the truck not to start, and remember it WAS running before I tried programming the EVO. I guess I'll see what Harrold Ford has to say about it.

My truck has a factory remote start and if you unlock the door without the remote you have a little button directly under the steering wheel (under the dash) you have to press or I would get the same problem. No ignition fire.
