Need URGENT advice

Check the fuel bowl & make sure your getting fuel. If you haven't check the fuses under the hood too...

I checked the fuses yesterday and all were good. I can hear the fuel pump running, and I can smell fuel under the hood. I will check the fuel bowl.

I have a 99 7.3 Powerstroke and have began to notice that when i am flooring the truck a little bit of black smoke comes out of the exhaust. Is this normal with the milage and hte engine. Also i have a ts performance chip but i usually run it on stock so i don't think this would cause it. Thanks

Yes even on the stock program you will get a little black smoke at Wide Open Throttle. It's completely normal and nothing to worry about. All it is, is at WOT your injectors spray more fuel. If you turned your chip up to the highest setting, it should smoke ALOT, because your injectors are spraying ALOT of fuel. You should only be worried if it smokes white smoke, which is an indication of oil.

Did you change the CPS for ****z and grins? Could just be odd timeing. Is your hpop filling with oil? Simple things like oil level?

Just some simple stuff to check bud.

Yes I changed the CPS. How do I check to see if the HPOP is filling? The oil level is good.

Ok Sevenmalards, do this just for me ok. Go out unhook your batteries for an hour. Then go back out there leaving the edge programmer in the house. Hook the batteries up and try to start it.

Done, and Done. It won't start. I did that this morning on the stock program, with the edge back on the shelf. How did your WW install go?

I wish I could say it was easy peasy. But the that would be a lie. I did not get to it today. I was busy with alot of stuff. I am having a big party at my house so I been trying to get things ready for that. But as soon as I do it I will let you know how it goes.
