+1 there - I am ALWAYS looking for the Green pump or the Yellow Diesel sign...

but - I must admit when I first bought my truck, I did REACH for the gas pump...but stopped myself :whew:

Yes, no doubt, and if all else fails smell your hand before you put the nozzle in! I've never seen a diesel pump that wasn't coated with fuel.

LOL "smell your hand before you put the nozzle in" Reminds me of High School

I used to look for the Green pump handle. but noticed alot of the geniuses around my area are using the green handles for more than diesel..

I'll let you know what happens, as he had it towed to a shop. Thanks for the replies - even though diesel is from yellow handles here.

Man I hope you get it all fixed up w/o may troubles. When I fill up I ALWAYS check the color of the pump (green) and then check it again...and again...and follow it up to the pump...Lol Ok maybe not that extensive but it's more or less along those lines.

yeah you gotta really pay attention because I've seen green handles and it was super unleaded and the diesel pumps were yellow
