fuel pump

ok so i got the tank off my truck and pulled all the goodies out but now i think back to my boat and there is only the one fuel pump.....so is the one one the frame rail my only fuel pump or is all that crap in the tank something too?? i am pretty dumb so any help would be great!!! my luck i dropped the tank for no reason ha ha

I think you dropped your tank for no reason.. but that's okay, you can clean it why you're there!! The pump is on the frame rail, driver's side. Hope that helps!

If you have a 7.3 and since you have the tank off you might as well do this.

What year is it? OBS had a mechanical fuel pump that is on the engine and the Super Duty's have them on the frame.

yeah its on the frame for some odd ball reason i thought there was a 2 pump in the tank that fed fuel to the hp pump so my truck been sitting for a week for a 10min part change owell atleast i wasnt wasting my fuel....im pretty poor so that helps a lil ha ha
