My Truck Got Sick This Morning!

So im driving to work today, there was an Arsh Hole behind me so i romped on it a time or two, on Elites Tow Power program, then the truck acted crazy. I kept pushing the pedal down waiting for it to take off and it didnt take off. I didnt know what was going on so i just kept my foot in it a little bit to get me to work. It acted like the turbo was non-existant. This is a new Industrial Injection HYPO turbo. After i slowed down for a turn and the truck kicked itself down a gear to two it was fine. Anyone have an idea of what i was feeling? Tranny temp seemed to be ok. Was going along at a constant 60mph when this happened.
