changed water pump now won't start?

I just overheated and had to replace the water pump on my 98 navastar (powerstroke in International clothing) and now it won't start. I'm already in deep with the tow bill and pump cost so if anyone knows of a cheap way to get this running it would be helpful. I sell tools out the truck and need it running ASAP.
thanks

I was thinking Cam Position Sensor also, being as it's in the area you were working.
