What does this engine code mean?

This code is on my 99 7.3. The code is P0603 and says it is Internal ctrl mod kam error. Anyone know what this code means?

Do you have a programmer on your truck? that code comes up when you change tunes

I have the superchips 1705, but when I clear the code it always comes back.

I have run into that code from the PCM when the IDM trips a fueling fault code. It takes the Ford NGS Star Diagnostic equipment to read IDM faults. I hope it isnt anything too bad bro
