Much needed help with rough starting on 7.3 power stroke

Hi guys just needing your expertise on my 01 f350 with almost 300,000

Just started having problems with it having a hard time starting in the morning. no matter how hot it is outside. When i do finally get it started it sits there and
diesels (rpms go up and down with the whole truck shacking) and when i put it in drive it does not want to move. (no power at all) But when the truck warms up to operating temp its just fine. I took it to the dealer and they buzzed the injectors, they said it seemed to pass. They told me it was my injector drive module so after $1400 it is still messed up. All the glow plugs have been changed. And the glow plug module has been changed. When the truck is warmed up and I rev the motor to about 2500 rmp it hesitates and blue smoke comes out of the exhaust. When the truck is first started black smoke comes out of exhaust. I feel this is some kind of fuel problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
