03 7.3 psd hickuping on freeway and stalling

I have a 2003 Excursion with the 7.3 psd and when I am on the freeway, it will all of a sudden miss and then catch itself. It seems like it is about to die. When at a light , it will die sometimes and then start right back up. I have changed fuel filter, air filter and module. Still the same thing happens. I traveled 900 miles to pick up a car and it was acting up every so often and when I got into town it stalled a couple times, like it doesn't have enough fuel pressure. I am wondering if the injector pump could be weak. The truck has 160,000 miles. Or possibly could the turbo be acting up?
