Driver Side uppipe 97 350

I need wisdom... I have my turbo out passenger side up pipe out and I cant get the drivers side out... I’ve talked to the local ford tech he said they move the transmission. I am not comfortable with moving the transmission I will, if I have to I just don’t really know what to do and my time doesn’t seem to allow doing something like that but if I have to .......... Hear is my idea but I want advice before I go any further I started to use the 3in cut off wheel to cut a piece of the floor board / firewall right on the weld seam but... I Stopped and decided I would come in and try on more time for some advice on the internet on how to get this pipe out with out doing something I may regret. Please any ideas advice or wisdom on the situation thank you.

thanks anyways i just called dale from tymar. I was trying to take it out the topp he said take it out the bottom it came out with in 5mins... 3 hours of fussing and one man that has done it get me thru. thanks for making this forum posssable everyone.

Dale is a good guy. Also if you take the exhaust manifolds off it makes it real easy. That way you don't have to take the turbo off.

I make it easier on myself since i have a 12000 lb rack in my stall. I just raise the cab about 6 inches & its so easy. Takes me 15 mins to raise it. Turbo comes off easy too.
