Installed chip, no start!

Well,

Installed the DP Tuner tonight... or tried. I just finished and no start. Engine cranks but nothing. Should the display on the DP tuner show a tune number or something?

it does... acetone a good thing to try on the contacts? Ive pulled it back out, thinking of trying some incase I left some silicone

BTW- say the cable came out of the chip in the ECU, would that cause it to not start? Wondering if maybe thats what happened
