2004 6.0 No power on take off ! HELP

I bought a 2004 F250 with a 6.0. It was rolled over and is now together and driving. It has a running issue. I took it to the Ford garage today where they put a differnet Solenoid on the turbo and a different egr valve on it. It just doesn't have any get up and go. It runs good at idle and drives ok , but NO POWER. My buddy that owns a garage thinks the turbo needs to be cleaned.I don't want to take it back to the Ford garage anymore so they can swap parts.I also had him flash it for me.The readings indicated the turbo was getting a signal but the solenoid wasn't engaging, but after putting in the egr with no sucess I went and picked it up.By the way Facory warrant doesn't exist due to a salvaged title.Any ideas? Please help!

Sounds like you're not building any turbo pressure. I would have suggested what was replaced. Perhaps one of the techs will be along shortly to offer other suggestions.
