Angry 95 F350 Powerstroke 7.3

When started only 4 cylinders are fireing. Code reader indicates no code. When code reader is attached engine will run OK when disconnected engine only runs on 4 cylinders. Any suggestions???
Checked wireing harness all look good.

lol i bet it gets good gas mileage running on only 4 cylinders, think of it as not having to pay for a new truck w/ the displacement thingy lol.
