ive got a hole in my manifold....

any cant get the thermocouple to screw in!! I used the stuff from diesel manor... R size drill bit and a 1/8 NPT hole... ive got the hole tapped just fine... I cant get the sensor started in this hole... any ideas??

might have to use a bigger bit and retap. NPT is a tapered thread. If the opening is not big enough it won't thread.

Glad I could help hahaha, they can be a bit of a pain, they have to be threaded on just right, or they don't seem to fit.
