motor help please !

long story. . . .
i have a 200 F-350, my dads old work truck ok well about a year ago my dad was driving and he said it was like somthing knocked a hole in the oil pan and it was ticking really bad, well since it was a company truck, enterprise towed it and took it to a ford shop they had it for 5 weeks took the motor apart and could not find anything so they towed it back to charlotte to a local ford place and they did the same thing but could not find anything but it stoped the crazy ticking noise when they reved it real high is what they said, so the owner of my dads company didnt want to take any chances so he sold it so my dad bought it and gave it to me, well it ran fine and i go out of town on work for 3 weeks and come home and go to start my truck up and it is ticking really bad again, what the hell is the tickin noise ? fixible ?any info is appreciated !

Well judging from your other post which I responded to. it sounds like you have big plans for your truck coming up. Where the truck is going to be making you some income, you have to spend money to make money and in the hauling business repairs can cost you all of your pay. So I would swap it out for a Rhino engine and go make some money
