Shuttering noise coming from turbo
On a trip last week towing my 5th wheel I get a check engine light followed by what sounds like the turbo locking up when under load, I let off of the pedal and get back into hit and it's fine. for a while. During my vacation the light goes out only to come back on when I'm back towing on the way home. Shortly after the light comes on the "shuttering" noise is back under load. I had the noise once before when I had the Superchips program installed, no light, the truck is back to the stock program now. When I read the code when I got home home it gave me P0404 and P0405, egr issues.
The truck had the turbo replaced at 21000 miles and it now has 42000.
The truck is an 04 with the 6.0.
Any help would be appreciated, as I have another trip planned.
