6.0L wont start, but cranks.. need help asap

New to the site!

Went out to start my truck(04 6.0L powerstroke) today after sitting all night and it would crank over but no start, it stuttered just a few times after cranking it a few times but batteries were starting to go low so i quit. I last drove it yesterday on a trip and ran fine no problems at all. When i got back to town i was low on fuel so i filled it up with #2 and came home and parked it. Just wondering if it is too early to run straight 2 with no addititive, its high 30's during the day here and mid 20's at night! need help as this is my only viechle... just had truck in dealer for new head gaskets, studs, egr valve, oil cooler tank, improved turbo drain pipe, and egr cooler, more or less a good chunk of change.. starting to less and less like the 6.0 haha, thanks for the help

Yes i figured out what my problem was.. It was my ficm module, cost me about 900 bucks to get fixed with some connections.. haha, i had to replace old one and then you have to get the new one programmed to your truck which isnt included in the price of the module, stupid i know.. but that cured the problem right up.. havent had problems since
