barely running after removal of tuner

just removed my edge juice tuner for a smog check and now the truck barely runs. sounds like its missing or running on only a few cylinders it gets better after its warmed up but now the check engine light is on. whats wrong? did the edge cause this?

also need to get my 4in downpipe off and remove 5in straight pipe for smog check i cant get the pipes to come apart. any tricks? i tried heating it with a torch. i tried taking it out one piece. tried taking it apart into pieces. nothing. ended up breaking the tranny dipstick tube in the process help im getting really frustrated here
can it be driven with that broken tube?

i need this done by monday so i can get my truck smogged and registered

maybe disconnect the batteries to reset PCM?

Can you get it on a scan tool?

Im not gonna be of much help but if you can get it scanned for codes that may tell you whats going on.

i dont have a scanner and i wouldnt be able to check it on one till monday. i did pull off the batteries. its running a little smoother now it starts up fine now it just seems real sluggish

this is my first somewhat stock deisel though all ive ever been in is modified diesels

so its acting up again it barely starts then idles real rough till it warms up then runs fine. i scanned it today and it has a misfire. why would the tuner being remove cause it to misfire? it never did with the tuner

i cleared the codes and it ran fine but after 2 drive cycles the light came back on it runs ok but has a rough idle.
i pulled the codes again and got
P0603
P0460
P1395
P1249

what causes these? i know my fuel guage doesnt work probable reason for the p0460 would be bad ground. and whats the deal with the wastegate?

Be sure the red line is still connected to the wastegate.
