Exclamation NO POWER AFTER WARM UP...

ok guys .. im screwed ... i have gone thru every option that can be done to fix my 7.3 short of new injectors...

so... the power loss is really bad but if i start it up from cold she will run good {not great} untill the temp starts to come alive... after the temp comes up , thats it... the turbo is picking up the slack so it is surly lookin like fuel delivery ( but why not the same when cold) take forever to get to 30 mph and a year to get to 50mph... ...

this truck its /was a mint cherry ... 4 inch yurbo back ... edge tuner and
130k ... she started losin power slowly untill one day it was just gone....

if you help me out ...its a steak dinner for you and your family...
thanks..

Have you unplugged the IPR? Correct oil level? Fuel Filter? Just shooting them out there. Does it feel like its firing on all eight or is it really romping? And where are you located btw? If you can find someone with a good scan tool it may help you track down the problem...

Good luck!

Expanding parts with heat? Dont ask me what but you get the idea.

About how long before it gets rough? A minute or two or more like 15? Glow plugs come to mind.

How far did Ford get into it? Compression test, contribution test etc...

And they cant tell you conclusively what is wrong? I know it sounds like the last thing you want to here, but It doesn't sound like they have a very good diesel tech
