7.3 injector o rings
I have all 8 of my injectors out. I need to have them back in today so i can get to school and work tomorrow. Question is, the o rings are on there pretty good.. and I know you have to be fragile with them so whats the best technique to get them off?
Also, they were leaking pretty bad and looking at my nozzles there really dirty... should I clean them with something, i don't want to rub or scrub them to much and damage something or what not but they aren't to clean and i don't see putting them back in the way that they are |

7.3 o-rings
remove the o-rings with a hook tool and a pair of dykes.
use brake cleaner and a bronze brush to remove junk on the tip but dont scrub real hard. |

I use a razor blade on the o rings, just don't score the body. Also I use a rag to wipe the nozzles but that's it. Install the O rings with oil and you'll be good to go.
